1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RoofTracker's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

RoofTracker provides AI-powered lead generation and qualification services for roofing companies, including aerial imagery analysis, property data integration, and sales team support.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Pricing

Pricing is based on the selected service tier and territory size. Regional Data Access is charged at $50 per square mile as a one-time fee. Exclusive Territory access is charged at $1,000 per month plus 5-10% commission on closed leads.

3.2 Payment Terms

Monthly fees are billed in advance. Commissions are calculated and billed monthly based on reported closed leads. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

4. Territory Rights

Exclusive Territory subscribers are granted sole access to leads and data within their designated geographic area. RoofTracker reserves the right to adjust territory boundaries with 30 days notice.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Data collection and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy. Users grant RoofTracker the right to collect and analyze service usage data for improvement purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All service content, features, and functionality are owned by RoofTracker and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute service content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

RoofTracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. RoofTracker may terminate immediately for terms violation. Upon termination, territory rights and access to leads cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

RoofTracker reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
